Refund Policy

At Airlift Ambulance, we strive to provide reliable emergency medical transport services. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your options:

  1. No Refund After Confirmation:
Once your vehicle or airplane is confirmed for transport, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures the preparedness of our services for your medical needs.

  2. 100% Advance Payment Required:
All bookings must be paid in full in advance. This guarantees your reservation and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your transport.

  3. No Refund for Patient Death:
If a patient dies before pickup, boarding, or during travel after booking (whether by bus, train, or airplane), no refund will be provided. This policy reflects the serious nature of medical transport.

  4. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable if the vehicle (bus, train, or airplane) has not been booked by Airlift Ambulance. If no booking is made, we can process a refund in accordance with our terms.

  5. Cancellation Policy:
A 75% refund will be granted if the cancellation request is made within 1 hour of booking or before the vehicle is confirmed. This policy allows for flexibility while ensuring our operational costs are covered.

We are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please feel free to reach out to us.
